Machining
* Able to cut up to 6’ x 12’ x 3” thick, cutting up to 5” available upon special request
* Materials include, stainless steel, high temp stainless, carbon steel, plastics, rubber, and foam.
Waterjet Cutting
* Surface prep, Sp-3 to Sp-10, sand blast and glass bead blast
* Wet paint applications in accordance to customer specifications
* Materials: enamel, epoxies, polyurethane, and high solids.
Painting
* Stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, & bronze
* Polishing from 80 grit to mirror finish available
* Tubes, pipes, round bar, flat bars, sheet, & plate.
Mechanical Polishing
* Assembly of finished components in accordance to customers assembly drawings and specifications
* Can supply purchased components such as bearings, seals, motors, reducers, chains, sprockets,
electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical wiring, and inter connections
Assembly
* Final assemblies tested under power without product or with product provided by customer.
* Customers are invited to witness testing prior to shipment.
